ur score shows that u are really good in quants.
u just need to focus on verbal make a plan and im sure ill get to it.
What all books have u used , what tests or other material have u used to prepare ???
U can check the forum, there are lots of posts about improving on verbal.

May be if u give more details of what u have done some one can help.

Good luck

Ah ya time can be a constraint .

If u can afford to give ur self some time till u take the test again, it would be gr8.
May be u can just do a little every day.

For SC u can use Manhattan GMAT SC guide its the best for SC

For CR u can either use Manhattan CR or Powerscore CR bible.

And then try doing OG 12 again and this time analyze, that the only way we can learn.

Here are a few articles from stacey from Manhattan, hope these help.

Are you sure that you got a "7" on Verbal?

I just did a runthrough of GMATPrep and wanted to skip the Verbal section because I was only interested in Quant. I clicked the last answer for every single question, finishing in 2 minutes, and scored a 9...
Don't stop believin'...

With a verbal score that low, you may want to spend time on basic English grammar and vocabulary. Have you passed the necessary TOEFL test? Your strong math score shows that the problem is not just test taking, but overall English skills. I would work on general grammar first and then get back to the GMAT.
