Hi All,
I took my exam on 8th of August last weekend. I scored a bad 580:-( Q-43,V-27. I was preparing since last 3 months on my own along with my job. I used OG-11,Kaplan Premier and gone through few topics of Kaplan 800. I was very much comfortable with OG. I took GMAT prep tests and Kaplan CD tests. My GMAT prep tests scores ranged from 550 to 640, not more than that. The Kaplan tests score were 540, 550. My Quant score used to be around 49 in my prep tests but it reduced in the main exam. My verbal is usually not strong while taking tests. I get confused among the verbal answers and may be thats the reason i make them wrong.

I am planning to retake the exam sometime around November begining and aiming for an score above 650.

Please provide your valuable inputs.

Hi Anu,

You had scored not a bad score but it is not enough to get admission in a good MBA school.
So, First I think you need to analyze yourself that where you were wrong during your preparation and where you did wrong in your test day.
If you analyzed those then make a plan towards your goal then start your preparation with honesty.

You must be honest with yourself if you make a little cheat with your schedule then that will bring you away to your goal.

So be honest and prepare more and more and if you required any practice test you can get from TestCircle.com totally free!

Good Luck :)
