A --> awkward construction, instead of 'huge marketing network .. with states opening'
huge seems to be modifying marketing but as per context it should modify network
it should be 'huge network for marketing'
B,C,D subject verb errors.

There are other errors as well.

Small tip

Read A again and again.....you will find that..
merger of leading electric and xyg company....( meaning single company handling both electric and xyg )

This is enough to choose IMO E
