Recommendation letters procedure 2b followed by supervisors

Hello Folks,

An Indian Male/34YRS/IT scored 750 on GMAT. I will be applying for R2-MIT Sloan.
My query is regarding Recommendation Letters.

My two Supervisors are based out of UK.Should the Recommendation Letters be uploaded online personally by my Supervisors or they send me the PDFs and I apply with my essays or what is the procedure.
Pardon my Ignorance but I could not find information regarding the recommendation letters procedure.

You ask an important question, but the answer is going to depend on a couple of variables. I suggest that you post your questions in the Admissions Consulting Forum (on this site). The Experts there should be able to offer the correct advice.
