(1/5)^m (1/4)^18 = 1/2*(10)^35

this can be written as

5^m * 4^18 = 2 (10)^35

Lets expand the values

2*(10)^35 = 2* 2^35 * 5^35 = 2^36 * 5^35

5^m * 4^18 = 5^m * 2^18 * 2^18 = 5^m * 2^36

Now compare,

2^36 * 5^35 = 5^m * 2^36

Therefore,

m = 35
