if any of x,y,z is zero xyz=0 will be true

From 1
yz>-yz .. or yz is positive ..or in other words yz is non zero...no information about x.....not sufficient

From 2
y-z=1...or atleast one of y,z is non zero...no information about x.....not sufficient

combining
still we cannot say definitely that xyz is 0....
