Let's say Pat's time is x. So x+x/2+3x=162 .2 (for easier calculation)

2x+x+6x=324
9x=324
x=36

So Pat's hours 36, Kate's 18, Mark's 118
108-18=90

P=1/3M ==>> 2K=1/3M ===>>> M=6K

P+K+M=164
2K+K+6K= 164 ==>> K=18

The problem is asking to find M-K, so
M-K=6K-K=5K=5*18=90
OA is 90
