3^(4n+2)=9*(81^n)
when this is divided by 10 reminder will be (-1)(1^n)=-1

so when we divide 3^(4n+2)+m by 10 reminder is m-1

From 1...
N=2..no information about m hence not sufficient

From2
m=1..so reminder is 1-1=0...sufficient
