I Will go with E.
Q is X = Y.
A
x = 2 and y = 3 then or x = 3 and y = 3. In both these choices Eqn in A works.
B gives info that both x and y are not 0. Nothing else.
Combined also cannot prove
Is the value of X equal to Y

Statement 1:-boazkhan wrote:Is the value of X equal to Y?
1) |x-y| = |y-x|
2) xy not equal to zero
Source Kaplan
Case 1:-If x-y > 0
then x-y = -(y-x)
Case 2:-If x-y < 0
then -(x-y) = y-x
Insufficient.
Statement 2:- xy =/ 0
Insufficient
Combining both we get neither x is 0,nor y is 0.
Thus,answer should be E.
