but what if we have a decimal value, for example
x = 0.1, y= 0.2
y^2 = .04 which is less than x (=.10)
so we can't be sure whether x ^3 >y

if x = 5, y =4 then yes we have x^3 > y
but x = 0.2, y = 0.3 , then NO because (x^3 =).008 < 0.3 (y)
so insufficient..
now combine both
x>y^2 && x> y
if x =5 , y =2 , then yes x^3 > y
but if x = 0.9, y = 0.1 then No ( .027 < .1)
