Welcome to BTG.
You'll find alot of information here, and 2.5 months is plenty of time to study. Most people will advise you bite the bullet and take a diagnostic - - and I'll say the same.
Once you know what you're working with - - in terms of content AND your abilities with the content - - you'll be able to set in place an action plan.
Also keep in mind most people take the test twice, AND, most programs want you to have some business/real world experience before acceptance.
If you're in the NYC area, we're doing a Law and Business school event at NYU - - so feel free to come on down! Here is the info (I'll post on the main site, too)
Free Law School & Business School Information Session
Such law and business luminaries as Alan Greenspan, Nancy Grace, and Maria Bartiromo may be household names now, but they once were NYU students just like yourself. They set goals for themselves and followed the path necessary to achieve them. That can be the similarity between your career and theirs: a clear sense of purpose—right now. You just have to know where to start.
Monday, May 4th at 7:00 PM, at the Bronfman Center at NYU, come to an event that will clarify the “first day of the rest of your life.” David Thomas of Forster-Thomas, the premier grad-school admissions consulting firm, and Bara Sapir of Test Prep New York, the pioneer in bringing human potential techniques to the test preparation field,
are collaborating on a unique event that will kick-start your candidacy to law or business school.
David will focus on goals and leadership, and how they distinguish you to a law school or business school. He will transform your thinking about leadership and extra-curricular on the spot. He can also answer questions about the byzantine LSDAS service and grueling MBA application process. Bara will revamp your idea about GMAT and LSAT content mastery by introducing highly effective approaches to optimize performance and test-taking results. She will zero in on what you need to exceed your GMAT or LSAT score.
Come prepared with a resume for an on-the-spot, five-minute candidacy assessment after the event.
