Options (A) and (C) have "against", which is unnecessary because "opposition" already conveys that.
Option (E) has tense issue -> "than has" is incorrect.
Option (B) -> Idiom has to be "far more.... than" and not "far more...as"

Option (D) -> corrects all the above-mentioned issues. Hence, I will go with it.

What's the OA?

idiom --- more than...eliminates many option

A--"against" is redundant; lacks parallel form in the comparison

B--unidiomatic ("more as" should be "more than")

C--"against is redundant; lacks parallel form in the comparison (am I missing something, or is C the same as A?)

D--idiomatic and parallel; works well

E--the use of present perfect "has" is incorrect
