IMO E
firstly we need to have correct sub after the comma i.e symphony
only C and E does that
now b/n who and whom,
whom is correct
whenever confused b/n the two go he and him test i.e replace who with he and whom with him
whichever sounds correct is the right ans
here later many called he "the father of symphony" OR later many called him "the ....."
him suits the bill hence whom is correct
