GMAT Score 680- Retake?

I took the GMAT today and got a score of 680 ( IR-8, Verbal -34, Quant-49 )
Do I need to retake the GMAT if I plan on applying to HBS, Yale, MIT, Stanford and ISB YLP?

Hi qwerty12321

Since you mentioned ISB YLP we are assuming that you are looking at Early Leader programs. Since you haven't mentioned much about your profile except the GMAT score and the programs we would say that since these programs are highly competitive(very very small class size) in nature with the AVG GMAT being no less than 710 it would be a good idea to retake it in order to make your profile more competitive.

Having said that only go in for a retake if you feel you can come up with at least a 710 or a 720 to make a considerable difference.
