Good Program for Public Policy?

Hi, I have just started my prep and have been thinking a lot about which MBA program to opt for. I am quite interested in Public Policy and similar fields. Also, I feel there will be a greater scope for it as the developing economies try to mordenize and set/implement newer and better policies.

Can anyone suggest a good program?

Top of mind: Haas and Ross. These two are really prestigious when it comes to Public Policy.
