I know some of you have suffered horror stories on this forum, so I need your experienced advice as to the best, quickest and most effective method to file a formal complaint to GMAC.

My story goes like this -->
It was only me and another guy waiting to take the exam. The test center lady called the other guy up to take his palm vein. Then she kinda disappeared for a while and when she came back she said "Guys, I'm sorry, but I took his palm vein as if it were yours (me, hijinx85), and so therefore I had to cancel both exams".

So, should I just call the toll-free number? Should I just e-mail and wait the 3 to 5 business days? I'm desperate here... :(
