If you get a chance please provide me with your thoughts on my chances for PT programs at Kellogg and Chicago. I already had my interview with Kellogg and I think it went ok. I talk too much but I think I was able to show my passion for school, understanding of school and its activites, how I can contribute to program and how my MBA would fit into my short term and long term goals.

Reason for MBA
1. Short term - Improve management skills in order to lead my team more efficiently – apply skills from school at work to make better decisions
2. Short term - Gain better understanding of business specifically finance, entrepreneurship, innovation and marketing and how each impact product development in order to make better analysis as a person in the company who is involved in decision on early product development.
3. Long term – Ability to help high tech start ups (potentially my own) launch successful products through my experience in leadership, business and high tech
Work Experience 7 years total
1. During college – full time (3 years) – jump started a start-up in health care IT (failed about 4 years in) – led engineering/product vision for the company
2. After college and failure in my start up joined large corp. – started as engineer, promoted 4 times in 3 1/2 years now leading/managing large team 15+ people internationally Consistently recognized for great leadership skills
Extra Activities
1. 4 patents submitted under my name (active innovator)
2. On various company advisory boards for quality, innovation, early product development
3. Digital Six Sigma GB certification
4. Volunteer at one of the major non-profit orgs.
5. Volunteer my services on condo board as finance officer
6. Used to volunteer at local hospital during college days
7. Used to volunteer as a PM leading a project to define profitable industries to rebuild a
war ravaged country
