I was stuck between B and D.

Did not choose B because of the non essential clause in the commas. I thought the clause was required for the sentence and should not have been in commas.

Many people, willing to believe that German shepherds and Doberman pincher might be fully domesticated, ....

did not find anything wrong in D.

Why D is wrong ?

Agree with Puneet.

Sentence doesnot make sense if we remove the non essential part.

Many people, willing to believe that German shepherds and Doberman pincher might be fully domesticated, are unwilling to believe the same of pit bulls

A, C, E - OUT
