Dear TIA:

You should always ask your recommenders to complete any form the school provides for the recommendation letter. Many schools have specific questions on the form they want the recommenders to answer on a candidate. If the school will also allow recommenders to submit a letter in addition to the form (or if there is no form), your recommender should be sure to concisely communicate his/her experience positive experience working with you. Additionally, it is good for the recommender to give his/her opinion on why you will succeed in and after business school.

Regards,
Lisa
