Bieng fully informed does not affect the argument at all. For example you may be fully informed that fire is dangerous and playing with fire may injure you but you still go and play with fire. However the information that fire is dangerous will not help at all since you would anyway get injured whether or not you know that fire is dangerous.
E is more conclusive saying that doctors were not at fault.
