cannot activate GMAt exam pack 2 .

Hello,
I am struggling to activate gmat prep exam pack 2 with .ashx file. I have latest version of prep software and it shows exam pack on the installed component tab, but when i try to activate with 18 digit key. it shows error "license number you entered is not valid for this product".
what is wrong here?
