Problem with GMATprep Question pack 1

Hello,

I bought GMATPrep Question pack 1 in December 2012. I gave GMATPrep 2 times and was not able to reset the software.So i deleted the software completely and downloaded again from mba.com.
However when i enter enter the activation code(for Question pack that i received) nothing happens.I went to Settings->Accommodations->enter the Activation code. The Submit button remains greyed out.

Can someone please help me on this issue.
