Unable to activate GMATPrep Exam Pack 1

Hi,

I am also facing a similar issue. I am trying to activate Exam Pack 2 but it tells that 'Licence number has already been used'. Only i have access to the code and i just deactivated in my old laptop and installed the latest software in my new laptop and tried to install the tests. When i tried to activate the exam pack 2, it gave me this error. I am in urgent need , so anyone here please help me this. Also, i have tried the Refresh button in System Info tab but to no avail.
Please help me with this asap.

The year before last, when I took the GMAT, I bought this GMAT preparation kit. I had to reinstall my GMAT preparation software and question pack because I planned to retake the GMAT this year due to my low score. I also wanted to activate my question pack. But, I receive the message "License number has already been used" when I attempt to activate my purchased question pack using the activation code provided in my product purchases. I did use it, but I just used it on my account, and I want to use it again. Why I am unable to use something that I already purchased baffles me.

In order to prepare for my next examinations, I need these practise questions.
Please guys help me what can i do. magch.info
