Unable to activate Exam pack 2

Hi,

I have ordered the exam pack 2 on my windows machine and unable to activate it.
FYI, I am using the version GMAT Prep 2.3.322
Order# 213087100
Order Date:30/03/2016
Customer Number:100481921

Kindly help!!!
