we have to choose between beacuse of/caused by. here reason of increase is required hence because of is better.
resistance of is correct idiom. left with B and C
increasing malaria incident and increase in incident of malaria B is better
imo B is correct

Caused by increasing mosquito is not correct �

(B) increase in the incidence of malaria because of increasing resistance of mosquitoes to
Cream of the crap...All other are wrong ...so this has to be right :�...also it should be increase of ...its a number...

(C) increasing malaria incidence because of increasing resistance of mosquitoes to

Wrong tense completely....should be increase in or increase of ..... �

(D) incidence of malaria increase caused by increasing mosquito resistance against
30-to40 hold incidence is not correct...�

(E) incidence of malaria increase because of increased mosquito resistance to
