Travelling at 60 miles per hour the miles pergallon = 150/2 = 75

Let x be the miles per gallon wiht 80 mph (x should be less than 75 based on The mileage of the car decreases proportionately if its speed is more than 60mph)

So 60 * 75 = x * 80

x= 225/4

225/4 miles per 1 gallon

For 4 gallons it is 225/4*4 = 225 miles

Hence C

for 2 gallons it travels 150 miles

consecutively with 1 g it travels 75 mi when it is traveled at 60 m/h

1 ---> 75

.75 * 4 ----> X ( why here .75 ? because 60 m/h is 3/4 of 80 m/h,hence .75 )

X= 75 * .75 * 4 =225

Hence ans is C
