you can add both the inequalities that will give Z > 0

m-3z > 0
-m + 4z > 0

therefore you know z > 0, now equation 1 says m > 3z
Now you that both m and z are greater than zero. pick some numbers you you will get the answer m + z > 0

Doubt: Can you check the question, I think it is m + z > 0

Or it could be this way:
Stmnt 1:
m-3z>0
=> m+4z-3z>4z
=> m+z>4z
Stmnt 1 is insuff cuz z could also be 0.1 or 10, anything
Stmnt 2:
4z-m>0
=> 4z-5z-m>-5z
=> -m-z>-5z
=> m+z<5z
Insufficient as again z could be anything.

If the question is m + z > 1 answer would be E, if the question is m + z > 0 answer would be C
