although the word "sanguine" primarily means cheerfully optimistic ,it can also mean reddish or ruddy
A.it can also mean
B. it is also something
C.it is also
D.that is also a thing that is
E. it is also in reference to something

Reason I ask for source is that I only want to practice official questions since 3rd party questions (MGMAT, 1000SC, Barron...) are not as good to prepare for the test.

I ask for source so that I can avoid those other questions and only work with what is GMAC approved.

IMO A

A.it can also mean
B. it is also something --> meaning of the sentence, 'IT IS ALSO' incorrect
C.it is also --> same as A
D.that is also a thing that is --> it is not a thing, awkward construction
E. it is also in reference to something --> not concise as compared to A.
