QA Later.

Experts, please advice what is the difference btw "melding of gospel" and "melding gospel".

C is the best.
A: the modifier " a genre..." modifies early development
B: awakward construction using 'being'.
D:same as A.
E:lacks main verb.

Based on my undertstanding that possesiveness using ( 's) , should be used only with living beings. A & D can be striked out.

Now we are left with B , C and E ...... B has being and we all know, we should only go for the option having " being" if no other option is correct.
so lets check out C and E

C .... looks perfect

E .... SENTENCE fragment ... missing main verb.

Between I will be keenly following this thread to get the diffrence between "a melding of ..........." and "melding.........."
