GMAT Prep DS3

At least 100 students at a certain high school study Japanese. If 4% of the students at the school whi study french also study japanese. Do more students study french than Japanese?

1) 16 students at the school study both French & Japanese
2) 10% of the students at the school who study Japanese also study French

1 - insufficient.
4/100 * F = 16, so F = 400. We only know that "atleast 100" students
study Japanese. No specific number. So insuf.

2 - sufficient.
10/100*J = 4/100*F
10J = 4F
J = .4F. So, suff

Hence B
