Acid rain and snow result from the chemical reactions between industrial emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides with atmospheric water vapor to produce highly corrosive sulfuric and nitric acids.

sulphur dioxide and nirogen oxide and atmospheric water.........

sulphur dioxide,nitrogen oxide and atmospheric water is correct i think

Yes it is.. observe this way

The correct idiom is "between X and Y"

reactions between industrial emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides and atmospheric water vapor
