I agree with you ... answer is C


a.) 2n = Integer

2*1/2 = 1 (integer) ==> n not an integer

2* 2 = 4 (integer) ===> n is an integer

--insuff

b.) Same as above --insuff

together...is 2n and 3n is an integer.. -==> only if n is an integer..

Hence C
