(1) When y is multiplied by 6, the result is between 40 and 45.
this gives us value of y from 6.33<y<7.66 ...insuff
(2) When y is multiplied by 3, the result is between 19 and 23.
6.66<y<7.5..... insuff
(1) + (2) give 6.66<y<7.5 ....still insuff
