Square both sides of the question stem whenever u see roots on left hand side and right hand side

is sqrt(n+k) > 2 sqrt(n)

Is n+k>4n
Is k>3n

the question simplifies to Is k> 3n

Stmt I

There's our answer

Stmt II

n+k > 3n

k>2n

INSUFF (dont know if k > 3n)
