Hi All,

Can someone please tell are 8 minutes time that are given after AWA and Quant...good enough to have

1. Go to wash room :-)
2. Eat something like banana....chocolate bar from your bag which will be kept in a locker ?

I plan to do the same after both sectional breaks.

For the case of break after Verbal I additionally need to prepare Elimination sheet for answer...i.e. crossing out A, B, C, D and E from each answer.....for 41 questions.....

Can someone please tell is the time sufficient or not with atleast 1 min to spare and reach your seat again ?

Actually I do not want to get my time deducted from each of the sections due to extra time taken in breaks.....so just want to be sure based on people's experience.

8 minutes is/are sufficient unless you find the wash-room occupied.

it should be enough, i have actually practiced it at home between prep tests, and it takes me 4 minutes, that includes, going to the washroom downstairs, eating a banana and coming back to my desk and re-composing myself.

Would you consider limiting your liquid intake prior to the test? Obviously you don't want to be dehydrated, but I found not having to use the bathroom took a whole chunk of worry out of the day.

The bathroom arrangements are different for each test centre so you don't know how close or busy it will be.

Also, you won't be able to create your elimination sheet on your break time. You will walk in with the proctor who will log you back in when you sit down.

Yes sure...limiting liquid intake is a better idea... :-)

Can you please elaborate on the elimination sheet stuff...

I was planning to do the same in between the break of Quant and Verbal....is it not possible to do the same ? Does these guys take back the scratch pad during the break of quant and verbal ?

You would have to leave your scratch pad at your desk. You can only take your ID and locker key with you.
