The answer will be A.

1.Since a -ve slope mean a downward sloping line. from left to right direction.Hence, no matter what is the value the line will pass 2nd Quadrant.Hence sufficient

2. It says y intercept as -6 which mean:

y = mx + c

replacing x = 0 and y = -6

c = -6

This information doesn't help us determine the slope of the line. Hence insufficient.
