Hi MichaelZheng,
The HBS 2+2 program is ideal for highly accomplished university students who are motivated to lock down on their early career path with HBS as a part of it. HBS does not give 2+2 students jobs, however they have extensive career support for accepted students. You will need to go through standard job search and recruiting processes, and you will have opportunities to explore with certain companies that are working closely with HBS in this program. You could also get your own job from a different company though you'd need to get that approved by HBS (this is a new change they recently implemented).
HBS 2+2 is very competitive - it might even be harder to get accepted through 2+2 than through their regular admissions! They will accept applications from anyone who is currently in their junior or senior year of college (this is another recent change). They had an "early" round that's already passed in July, however they have three more rounds coming up, with deadlines that are the same as with the standard HBS admissions - one in October, one in January, etc. - but the application and essay questions are slightly different. As the previous poster said, you'd need to apply NOW (not next year). They accept quite a few international students. You'll need to talk about what your plans are for your career and why you need the advantage of the Harvard MBA and this special career track. GMAT/GRE scores and academic records for accepted students tend to be VERY high. In the past, they have had a requirement that applicants come to campus in Boston to do the interview, however there is probably more flexibility with this for the remaining three rounds.
Traditionally they wanted only non-traditional applicants, people who would not normally be going to bschool in the future (science types, artists, etc.) but now they are open to anyone. They still have a preference for accepting those who do not fit the standard mold of an MBA student; if you are studying finance or economics, it may be harder to get accepted through 2+2 than if you were to wait a few years and apply with some work experience under your belt.
HBS has a bunch of YouTube videos that you should check out:

2+2 is an exciting opportunity, you should definitely pursue it!!
Good luck!
