need help with a math question....
Calculate the raw score at the 10th percentile when the sample mean is 75.05 and the sample standard deviation is 5.73?

That doesn't look like a problem for GMAT from any angle.
Aside I don't think this problem can be solved unless we know the type of the distribution of the sample.

We can roughly calculate P10 range in which it can be
i.e P10 > 66.45 but P10 < than 69.32. P10 may be 66.xx or 67.xx.
