In the xy-plane, what is the y-intercept of line l?
(1) the slope of line l is 3 times its y-intercept
(2) The x-intercept of line l is -1/3

Answer is e. Please explain.

You can always google use part of a question stem + beatthegmat to search for questions. That ways you don't have to wait for someone to respond on a question that has been already discussed.

For example: I googled what is the y-intercept of line l? + beatthegmat to get the above link.
