Hey Zach,

Is this from an SC question? Remember that adjectives are modifiers, which are added on to the basic sentence.

Here, the basic sentence is: "The rivers begin to flow."

Then we add two long prepositional modifiers: "from which one-fourth of the US' water supply is drawn," which describes "rivers" and "from the Rocky Mountains," which describes "flow." Since "from" is a preposition, I'd describe these two phrases as prepositional rather than adjectival. But that's just semantics. :-)
