Weird question - or lack of question I should say...

based on the answer I suppose the question should have been
"Which answer below, if true, best helps to answer the dillema"

I probably think this is an assumption question.

wierd... may be the question stem is asking to weaken the argument.
"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group
