Profile Evaluation request

Hello,
I am interested in apply to Santa Clara University's MBA PACE program.
Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelors at UC Berkeley. I am a double major (Political Science and Political Economy). I transferred to Cal in 2007. Before transferring, I had a 3.4 GPA and at Cal I have a 3.0. I originally chose to major in Political Science because I thought I wanted to go to law school but after much thought I have decided B school might be the way to go for me. (I do not have too many quant courses on my profile)
All 4 years of college I have worked 30+ hours a week, maintained ok grades and I do not have any school debt thus far. Alongside work, I have done peer advising for my major department and some (although not a lot) volunteer work with elementary school kids.
Also, for the program, they require less than 2 years of post baccalaureate work experience So, I won't have time to build an alternative transcript. I do not know how I will score on my GMAT because I have not taken it yet but in my practice GMAT's I have been scoring around 700. The average for their program is 620. Santa Clara would be perfect for me because I live close by so I can live at home. I can hold a job so I don't have to go that much into debt plus I can help my parents a little bit.
Oh, and I am the first in my family to get a college education so I am highly motivated, a lot of factors contributed to my low GPA at Cal but working so many hours and family finances was a couple reasons among many.
I just want to gauge what kind of chances I have of getting into their program, any insight would be greatly appreciated. :)
Thank You
