Dear RishiChaturvedi,

Your school list is a good mix of reach and reasonable options for your profile. It will be important to submit a strong set of essays to each school to give you the best chance.

Good luck,
Lisa

I would say Oxford is a reasonable to reach school for you based on the limited information I know about you.

Hi Lisa

Have another query. The work experience b schools ask for, is it overall work experience or managerial work experience. My managerial work experience is zero and my overall work experience is 30 months. Though I have been mentoring few new recruits in my comapny and has led few teams in some activities of a particualr project. Am I eligible for the above mentioned programs.

Regards

According to GMAC reporting standards of admissions data, the number of years work experience is the number of years of full-time, professional work experience after graduating with a bachelor's degree. So, you will want to start counting with your first full-time job after earning your bachelor's degree until the time you would enter a program to determine your years of experience.

Hope that helps,
Lisa

Hi Lisa

Thank you for your cooperation. I have got an admit from Queen's.

Would require your further assistance regarding financing my MBA at Queen's.
The problem I am facing is , most of the banks at my home country offer loans with an amount which covers a very less portion of the total expense.

Please suggest some way through which I can finance most of my expenses

Rishi Chaturvedi

Congratulations, Rishi! Questions regarding financing should be directed to the school. You might also find some helpful information on mba.com.

Good luck,
