Hmm this question seems funny!

I will go with D. But the "has" word after authenticity strikes me for its peculiarity.

Any light on it?

I will go with D also.

C is stating Rob-signing was accepted by banks. "In which" is needed so it could mean that banks blindly accepted documents . In C, "which" is used.
