x+2y+3z = 1.5(x+y+z)
x+2y+3z = 1.5x+1.5y+1.5z
.5y + 1.5z = .5x
y+3z = x
Hence A is the answer.

Alternative method:
I found values for x,y and z that when combined came out to an average of 1.5. If:
1% x=1
2% y=1
3% z=0
then (x+y)/2= 1.5
So, pluggint the values into the answer choices knowing that x=1, which equation also equals 1?
A) y+3z= x
1+ 3(0)= 1
That works. A is the answer.
