No Pay Pal

Hi everyone. According to requirements of the scholarship I'm supposed to have PayPal account. But I have not this account. And it doesn't work in the country where I live. That's why are there any other alternatives? (account number at bank etc.)

Are you talking about Uzbekistan?

Are you sure Uzbekistan citizens are not allowed to have a PayPal account?

Yes. This system is not working in Uzbekistan yet.
You can find it from the lis of countries where PayPal works https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

So, are there any other alternatives so that I could participate?
