2 years work experience for mba through GMAT

hi
i have just completed my b-tech, and wanted to do pursue MBA from abroad after passing GMAT.
But i have a doubt that whether there is any condition to have 2years or more working experience before pursuing such degree from abroad.
In case a person does not has the working experience is he given the other degrees equivalent to MBA like PGDM(Post Graduate Diploma in Management).
plz help me regarding the issue.

Yes, two years of work experience is a requirement for PGDM.
