MY GmatPrep Practice Score

by vidhya16 » Fri Apr 01, 2011 1:42 am
Guys,

Im preparing for GMAT from past 3 weeks. I was doing well in verbal review practice test and thought to give a GmatPrep practice test 1 to gauge my level. I scored 330/800 (Q14, V19). At this point Im not concerned about the score but however would like to know if this case during initial preparation stage and also how to use the test report to further my preparation?. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Vidhya

Hi Vidhya,

Use the test results to review which are your strong and weak areas.

When do you plan to give the test? What material have you bought?
Vineesh,
Just telling you what I know and think. I am not the expert. :)

Vineesh,

Thanks for your message. I have purchased following material for preparation.

1.Kaplan Verbal & Math review
2.Kaplan Premier 2011
3.Manhattan strategy set
4.Power score CR Bible
5.OG 12th edition
6.Arco AWA.

I hope with lot of practice , I will be able to improve my score. It is difficult to take CAT than to take traditional test. I also found that I score 8/10 in paper compared to 5/10 in CAT format. Time factor is main contributor for poor scoring. I think it will take a while to get used to the format. Appreciate your help and suggestion.
