Since F produces 1000 5-dollar bills each minute, the dollar amount produced by F each minute = 1000*5 = $5000.
Since T produces 200 20-dollar bills each minute, the dollar amount produced by T each minute = 200*20 = $4000.
Thus, every minute F surpasses T by $1000.
Since F surpasses T by $1000 every 60 seconds, we get:
Number of seconds for F to surpass T by $50 = (50 dollars) * (60 seconds)/(1000 dollars) = 3 seconds.

The correct answer is B.

Press F produces 5 x 1000 = 5000 dollars per minute, and press T produces 20 x 200 = 4000 dollars per minute. Therefore, press F produces 1000 dollars more per minute than press T. Since 1 minute = 60 seconds, we can let t = number of seconds it takes Press F to produce 50 dollars more than Press T and create the equation:

1000/60 = 50/t

1000t = 3000

t = 3

Answer: B
