i think "one can use ......... to help us" is wrong
It does not matter how many times you get knocked down , but how many times you get up

A. to help us sort, store, transport, and most important, understand the information. --- to is missing before the first verb sortB. to help us sort, store, transport, and most important, to understand the information. -- to is missing before the first verb sort
C. to help us to sort, store, transport, and most important, understand the information. - Correct
D. to help one to sort, store, transport, and most important, understand the information. -- one will be redundant in this case. The object should be us.E. to help one sort, store, transport, and most important, understand the information. - to is missing before the first verb sort

I would go with C. We need "to" before the first verb, after that its implied.

I also think using "one" twice in the same sentence just sounds awkward. Not sure of the rule though.
